してこの開閉扉5を閉鎖した状態で上記鮮度保持
室3が密封されるように構成するものであり、6
はこの密封用の気密パツキン、7は扉5の閉鎖状
態を確実に保持させる止め金具である。8は上記
鮮度保持室3に設けた不活性ガスの封入口であ
り、逆止弁構造の口金8′を開閉扉5に取付けて
いる。尚図中1′で示すものは冷凍室1の扉、
2′は冷蔵室2の扉、9は断熱材である。又第3
図は本案の他例を示す断面図であり、冷蔵室2の
右上隅に区画形成した冷蔵室2′を可撓伸縮壁4
によつてさらに2分し、その正面側の分割室を鮮
度保持室3とさせ、他方奥側の分割室10を可撓
伸縮壁4の伸張スペースとさせ、かつこの奥側の
分割室10には外気と連通する空気抜き孔11が

化を生起するのであるが、本案の鮮度保持室を解
凍室として利用すれば、解凍後の冷凍食品といえ
ども長期に亘つて鮮度を維持させることができ
