【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は電流遮断機構を備えた自動停止ブラシ

従来の自動停止ブラシの構造は第1図に示す如
くブラシ本体1の頭部に三段のザグリ穴を形成

縮した状態で受金4をブラシ本体1に銀系接着剤
で接着し、その上部にリード線2を銅粉止法にて
固定していた。なお第1図において3は銅粉であ
る。しかしながら従来の加工方法ではスプリング
5を圧縮した状態でブラシ内部に受金4を接着し
なければならないため接着剤の塗布や受金4を接
着乾燥させるまでの時間がかかると共に銀系接着
剤を使用するためコスト高であつた。また組立時
にスプリング5の反発力で受金4がはがれリード

し、この貫通穴からピンが挿入され、かつピンの
端が前記貫通穴の部分で固定され、該ピンの下部
のザグリ穴には電流遮断機構のスプリングが圧縮
した状態で挿入され、さらにスプリングにより遮
断ピースが下方に押圧する状態で挿入してなる自
