Therefore, in the knots of gillnets, it is required that no misalignment occurs and that there is no cutting at the knots. Various types of knots have been proposed in the past for this type of net, but in order to prevent any of the knots from causing misalignment, the knots are made to intertwine more, and as the knots become larger, it becomes difficult to use as a net. There are disadvantages in that the quality deteriorates, and not only is it difficult to perform tightening work during production, but also a large amount of thread material is required. Furthermore, in the tangled state, the threads cannot be taken out in a direction that is easy to perform the tightening process, and as a result, unreasonable force is applied to some of the threads during tightening, resulting in not only the bottom being aligned but also the knotted part. It has the disadvantage of being easy to break. Particularly in gill nets, if the knots of the mesh are irregular, misalignment tends to occur and a taut condition is produced, which is undesirable.

The makihook includes a step of hanging the warp twice, a step of removing it once, and a step of hanging the weft once. Through these steps, a loop of warp and weft threads is formed on the makihook, and the makihook is moved in a predetermined direction. After rotating the warp thread through both loops, the warp thread is pulled out using a hook, and the weft thread is pulled into the pull-out loop at the drawing end, and the weft thread is drawn into the warp and weft loop formed on the winding hook. It is a knot in which the supply side end of the warp thread hung on the winding hook is wrapped around the neck of a loop of warp threads and weft threads located in parallel formed on the winding hook by rotation of the winding hook. This is a knotted structure of a fishing net characterized by being arranged at the collar of the warp. They are designed to come off at the same time, so that the loops of the warp and weft are located parallel to each other without twisting, and their lengths and entanglements are approximately the same, so that when tightened, each thread will hang on each thread. equalize the forces,
Moreover, the tightening action is quickly performed.

At the same time as the weft is rotated half a turn or slightly more than half a turn, the lifting plate 4 lifts the weft thread 2 and hooks it onto the winding hook from right to left (FIGS. 3 and 4). At this point, warp 1
The weft thread 2 is hooked onto the winding hook 5 from the same direction, and then when the winding hook 5 is turned in the opposite direction to the rotation, that is, half a turn to the right, that is, reversed by the same amount as the first rotation, the winding hook is returned to its original position. At the same time as returning, raise the thread swinging rod 3 upward, lift the warp thread 1, and remove it from the winding hook 5 (5th
(Fig. and Fig. 6). Then, swing the thread swinging rod 3 in the opposite direction to the previous one, hang the warp thread 1 from the left to the right on the winding hook 5 (Figures 7 and 8), and move the winding hook 5 to the left, that is, in the first rotation direction. One rotation forms a warp and weft loop on the winding hook, and as the winding hook rotates, the supply side end of the warp hooked on the winding hook winds around the neck of the warp and weft loop. to form the collar part 6 and prevent the two loops from coming apart. In this case, the warp threads 1 and the weft threads 2 are wound around the winding hook 5 from opposite directions to form both loops. Then, the warp threads 1 are pulled out through the hooks 7 through these loops, and the weft threads are passed through the pull-out loops formed at the end of the drawer, and the warp threads 1 and weft threads 2 are passed through the winding hooks 5.
are removed at the same time, and a nodule is formed through the tightening process.

やかに行われることになる。 An example of loosening the entanglement of the warp and weft of the knot formed in this way is shown in the 12th example.
As shown in the figure. To explain the structure of the knot in this example, 1a and 1b are the thread legs of warp 1, and 2
a and 2b are the thread legs of the weft thread 2. The characteristics of this intertwining are that the warp loop 1c and the weft loop 2c formed by the winding hook are arranged in parallel without twisting, and their necks 1d and 2d are prevented from separating by the warp collar winding 6. The threads 1a and 1b of the warp loop 1c are drawn together, and the thread legs 1a and 1b of the warp loop 1c are located on the thread swing side, and the thread threads 2a and 2b of the weft thread loop 2c are taken out to the hook side,
Each of these yarn legs 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b is pulled out in all directions. Then, when each thread is pulled at the same time, that is, when a tightening action is applied, 1 thread
b and 2b mainly act to shorten each loop 1c and 2c, and yarn legs 1a and 2a act to pull up excess yarn when forming entanglements, and both functions are equal to each other, so that the yarn legs can be easily tightened. Because of this, tightening will be done quickly.

ても支障を来すのである。 The above description is about one embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In short, it is important to include the step of removing the warp threads 1 once, to form the collar winding portion 6, and to hook the warp threads and the weft threads on the winding hook from opposite sides when forming the loop. In particular, the process of removing the warp once is extremely important in order to eliminate the opposing twists of both loops. That is, even if only one of the warp threads 1 or the weft threads 2 is twisted by being hooked to the winding hook 5, it will not appear as a large twist in the knotted structure, but if both threads are tied and twisted, both threads will be twisted. As the relative twist of the loop increases,
A large twist occurs in the knot structure, which is not only undesirable as a knot, but also causes trouble in the tightening process.

た状態で並列に位置するのである。 Therefore, to explain the process of removing the warp threads once, the warp thread 1 itself is already twisted by half a rotation when the weft thread 2 is applied, and by removing the warp thread 1 after the weft thread 2 is applied, the warp thread 1 turns the outside of the weft thread 2 once, and only the warp thread 1 turns around the outside of the weft thread, regardless of the weft thread 2, giving it one twist. Then, when the winding hook 5 is rotated in a direction that untwists the warp thread 1,
The yarn swinging side, that is, the supply end side of the warp yarn 1 wraps around the necks of both loops to hold both loops, the warp yarn 1 itself is untwisted, and the weft yarn 2 itself is twisted. However, this twisting occurs between the weft yarns 2, that is, at the neck of the loop of the weft yarns and the feeding end side of the weft yarns, and does not occur in the relative relationship with the warp yarns 1. Therefore, the loops of the warp yarns 1 and the loops of the weft yarns 2 are not twisted and are positioned in parallel with each other, with the neck portion being held down by the hemline portion 6.

の優れた効果を奏するものである。 As explained above, in the knotting structure of the present invention, the knotting process includes a step of hanging the warp twice, a step of hanging the warp once, and a step of hanging the weft once on the hook, and these steps allow the hook to be tied. Form a loop for the warp and weft at the top, rotate the winding hook in a predetermined direction, pull out the warp through the loop with a pull hook, pass the weft through the pull-out loop at the drawing end, and let the weft pass through the winding hook. It is a knot that is formed by being drawn into the formed warp and weft loop, and the feeding end side of the warp hooked on the winding hook is connected to the warp thread formed on the winding hook by the rotation of the winding hook. It is wrapped around the neck of the weft loop and placed in the collar part. By forming the neck part, the warp and weft loops are pulled together so that they do not separate, and both loops are removed from the hook. When removing the warp threads, the warp thread loops and the weft thread loops are placed in a state where they are easy to tighten without being twisted, in other words, there is less relative twisting due to the process of removing the warp threads, and both loops are placed in parallel. The threads of the knot are held in place, and the threads of the knot are drawn out in all directions, and as they are pulled evenly, the knot can be tightened quickly. Therefore, not only can a nodule with stable eye tightness be formed, but the nodule itself becomes smaller, and no misalignment of the eyes occurs. In particular, since it is easy to tighten the knots, it is natural for the knots to intertwine, and the knots are uniform in size and thread length, so the knots are arranged in an orderly manner, and when made into a net, there is no tension. This has excellent effects, such as eliminating cut-offs at the knots and improving the mesh formation when expanding the mesh during use.
