Slut molded shoes are made by injecting synthetic resin plastisol into a shoe-shaped mold manufactured by electroforming, heating it, and turning the plastisol into a gel. Therefore, if a grain pattern similar to that of leather shoes is applied to the inner surface of the mold, this pattern will be directly expressed on the surface of the shoe body, and due to the characteristics of the manufacturing method described above, an extremely thin shoe body can be formed. The suppleness of the shoe body and the variety of grain patterns on the surface combined to produce synthetic resin shoes with a high-class image.

However, on the other hand, obtaining a thick slush shoe only increases the weight of the shoe, and as a result, the flexibility of the shoe body and the feel, which are the advantages of slush molded shoes, are impaired.

Therefore, from the viewpoint of the function and texture of the shoe body, the overall thickness is made thinner, and the parts that are essential for strength, the bottom part,
The usual method was to make the heel and toe parts thicker. In conventional slush molded shoes, the entire shoe body is made of thin-walled synthetic resin, and although the essential parts are made thicker, they are still made of the same synthetic resin material. For this reason, it was not possible to provide the strength that would satisfy the shoe's original function, and the product had a major drawback in that it had low commercial value in terms of texture as well as strength.

The present invention has been made to solve these drawbacks of conventional slush molded shoes. In other words, the slush molded shoe of the present invention has a shoe sole fabric inside the shoe, which is made by integrally forming a reinforcing piece with low elasticity from the forefoot portion to the toe portion of the shoe sole fabric.

A detailed description will be given based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. A shoe sole fabric 2 is bonded inside the shoe body 5 obtained by slush molding. Normally, in the case of slush molded shoes, the shoe body 5 is manufactured by slush molding as described above, and the shoe lining fabric to be placed inside the shoe is prepared separately and inserted into the shoe body to form the shoe opening and midsole. However, in the case of the present invention, the interior means are no different from the conventional method.

The shoe sole fabric 2 is made by cutting a knitted fabric with elasticity and moisture absorption properties such as nylon tricot or Tetron tricot based on the feel of the foot and moisture absorption, and then sewing the front center, rear center, etc. 6. It is sewn 7 to the bottom material to form a sock-like lining fabric 2. This lining cloth 2
is placed over a shoe last, and a reinforcing piece 1 is placed over the lining fabric 2 from the forefoot part 3 to the toe part 4 to integrally form the joint. In this case, the reinforcing effect will be even better if the 7 parts sewn to the insole are covered and the insole is covered.

The reinforcing piece 1 is suitably made of a material with less elasticity and better tensile strength than the material of the sole fabric 2. For example, there are nonwoven fabrics, knitted fabrics, and woven fabrics coated or laminated with synthetic resin, and nonwoven fabrics, knitted woven fabrics, and woven fabrics coated or laminated with compounded rubber. The reinforcing piece 1 is cut in advance into the shape of the portion of the shoe sole fabric 2 that requires reinforcement. This reinforcement piece 1
In order to integrally form the reinforcing piece 1 with the sole fabric 2, the reinforcing piece 1 is coated in advance with a heat-melting synthetic resin to a thickness of about 0.3 to 0.8 m/m. Any method may be used, such as a method of adhering by heat and pressure bonding, or a method of integrally joining the reinforcing pieces 1 by sewing. In particular, a method in which the reinforcing piece 1 is coated or laminated with a hot-melt synthetic resin and bonded by heat and pressure bonding has a strong adhesive strength and good workability, and furthermore, the shoe body when finished as a product. A reinforced texture is preferred.

The shoe sole fabric 2, in which the reinforcing piece 1 is integrally joined from the forefoot part to the toe part, is inserted into the shoe body 5 obtained by slush molding, and the shoe sole fabric 2 and the shoe sole fabric 2 are inserted into the shoe body 5 obtained by slush molding. The two shoe opening parts 9 are combined and integrated to obtain a finished product. If necessary, shoe sole cloth 2
The bottom surface of the midsole and the inner surface of the bottom of the shoe body 5 are bonded.

As described above, in the slush molded shoe of the present invention, the shoe sole fabric 2 is housed inside the shoe body 5, and the shoe body 5 and the shoe sole fabric 2 are integrally connected at the respective cuffs 8 and 9. Inside the shoe body 5, the reinforcing piece 1 is positioned from the forefoot portion 3 to the toe portion 4 of the shoe body 5.

Since the slush molded shoe of the present invention has such a structure, even though the shoe body obtained by the slush molding method is thin, the parts that move most violently and are subjected to force with respect to the shoe body are Inside the shoe body, from the forefoot part to the toe part, there is a sole fabric bonded and reinforced by reinforcing pieces with strong tensile force and low elongation. In the past, the presence of reinforcing pieces restricted movement and dispersed force, so the influence of the force of the toes on the front part of the shoe body and the toe part was small, and the shape of the shoe could be distorted or damaged. They don't get used to it quickly.

In addition, since most of the shoe sole fabric is not joined to the shoe body and is loose, the front center stitched part of the shoe sole fabric is prone to fraying due to the movement of the foot. Since the reinforcing piece covers and reinforces the upper part of the shoe, the effect of reinforcing the sole fabric is also great, making it extremely practical.
