There was something to tighten with a nut on the underside of the seat, but in order to insert the U-shaped bolt inside, the rail had to be cut near the support. The applicant proposed Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-3475 as an improvement to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and made it possible to insert a U-shaped bolt from the outside of the rail. However, even with this improvement, it is difficult to work because one end of the U-shaped bolt must be inserted from the outside of the rail and then brought out from inside the rail, which is invisible to the naked eye, to the outside of the rail. FIG. 2 is a side view of the support column A. FIG. 3 is an external view showing the lower surface of the cylindrical rail B. FIG. In the embodiment, the support column A is made of aluminum alloy and has an H-shaped cross section. The cylindrical rail B is also an extruded aluminum member, and the illustrated example shows a cylindrical shape. In FIG. 3, a bolt head 4 is placed at an arbitrary position on the lower surface of the cylindrical rail, that is, in the embodiment, at a point symmetrical position on both sides of the longitudinal center line 3 of the lower surface.
An insertion hole 5 through which a can easily pass is provided. Two points 6 and 6' maintained at a constant distance from each other on the center line 3 of the lower surface of the rail are bolt set positions on the rail B side for connecting the support A and the rail B with the two bolts 4, as described later. be. and an insertion hole 5 provided at the arbitrary position 2, 2';
A slit 7 with a large diameter for the bolt 4 is provided continuously from 5', and the end of the slit reaches a bolt set position 6 on the center line 3. Hereinafter, the term "end" refers to the hole through which the bolt 4 at the set position 6 can pass. Similarly, in the other insertion hole 5', the end of the slit 7' reaches the bolt set position 6'. Although the shape of the slits 7, 7' in the illustrated example is L-shaped, this shape is not critical, and the bolt set positions 6, 6' are not limited to the illustrated example.

である。 Next, the support column A will be explained. The support column A is erected on the road by bolts or the like using a support seat provided at the base (not shown). The support A is appropriately selected depending on the surrounding environment, such as being upright or curved, and is provided with a rail seat 8 on its top for mounting and coupling the rail B. In the present invention, the catch seat 8 is open at the top because the rail B is placed on the catch seat 8 from above, and its surface has a concave curved surface 9. In the embodiment, since the rail is cylindrical, the concave curved surface 9 is approximately semicircular. At the position where the rail is tightened with a bolt, a recess 10 is provided which is large enough to accommodate a nut 4c for the bolt. Furthermore, a through hole 11 for the bolt 4 is perpendicularly formed in the bottom surface of the recess 10. The pair of through holes 11 communicate with the slit ends 6, 6' provided on the lower surface of the rail B mentioned above.

Insert the bolt head 4a from the outside of the cylindrical rail B into the insertion hole 5 on the lower surface of the rail, pass it through the slit 7,
Move to the end 6 of the slit 7 and temporarily fasten the bolt 4 to the rail B with the nut 4c as shown in FIG. 4 to prevent the bolt 4 from being displaced. Then, carry the rail B with its lower surface facing down onto the column, insert the pair of bolts 4 into the bolt through holes 11 in the column seat,
The rail B is coupled to the support column A by screwing a nut 4d on the lower surface of the seat 8.
In this case, the temporary fixing bolt 4c fits in the recess 10 provided on the surface of the seat 8, so it can be left as is.

も無い。 As described above, according to this embodiment, after the seat and the rail are connected, the rail does not move in the longitudinal direction, and the rail itself does not rotate at all.
In addition, there is no need for the trouble of inserting U-shaped bolts as in the prior art for installing and fixing the rail, and all operations are performed from the outside while looking directly at the naked eye, making site work extremely easy, and the combined result is extremely strong. It is. Figure 5 shows the slit 7 provided on the bottom of the rail.
If the rail is placed on the catch plate in a different embodiment of 7', it will not be displaced in the longitudinal direction without the need to screw it in with the nut 4d, and the rotation of the rail itself will be strongly prevented in one direction. It is a type. FIG. 6 also shows a different embodiment of the slits 7, 7'. Figures 7 and 8 show an embodiment in which there is only one insertion hole, especially the 8th hole.
The figure shows a simple slit, and there is no need to screw the nut 4d, and the rail B does not displace in any longitudinal direction, and at the same time, the rail itself does not rotate.

Therefore, the ends 6, 6' of the slit may be placed outside the straight line 3, or depending on the situation, the ends 6, 6' may be distributed to both sides of the straight line 3, in which case the ends 6, 6' may be placed on the outside of the straight line 3. It is natural that the two through-holes 11 that communicate with the hole at the end are distributed on both sides.

与するところ大である。 As described above, according to the present invention, processing in the factory is easy, and there is no need to use special bolts such as U-shaped bolts as in the prior art, especially in on-site construction, and operation can be performed from the outside visible to the naked eye. easily done;
After installation, the connection is strong and there is no displacement of the rail, and it can be connected to the support at any position on the rail, eliminating waste caused by cutting the rail, and the shape of the cylindrical rail is not limited to a cylinder. It is possible to freely design either a strong cross-sectional shape or a cross-sectional design that harmonizes with the external environment, which has an extremely wide range of applications and makes a great practical contribution.
