Abstract

PURPOSE:To minimize an azimuth by delaying signals from respective heads so that the phases of signals from plural laminated reproduction heads can be the same. CONSTITUTION:The laminated reproduction heads A-C function as a reproduction head independently and comprise one reproduction head unit. After the read signals available from the heads A-C are delayed by delay circuits 22-24, (fixed delay time 23, variable delay time 22, 24 they are added by an adder circuit 25, and turn out to be reproduction signals through a reproduction amplifier 27. With the signal from the circuit 23 as a reference a delay time control circuit 26 controls the phases of the signals from the circuits 22 and 24. When all the phases of the signals outputted from the circuits 22-24 are the same, a signal obtained by totaling said signal becomes maximum.
