However, since plastic hoses do not have the same rubber elasticity as rubber hoses, the connection between the hose and metal fittings may loosen due to heat cycles caused by changes in the operating environment temperature or the temperature of the fluid flowing inside the hose. There was a risk of fluid leaking.

Insert the sexual sleeve so that the occluded part protrudes,
integrally molding a plastic material over the protruding portion of the sleeve and the end of the plastic hose, and drilling a hole through the integrally molded plastic member to remove the blockage at one end of the sleeve; By molding the end of the plastic hose, the thermosetting resin sleeve, and the plastic joint to form a joint, the connecting end between the plastic joint and the end of the plastic hose is made of plastic. The material is thermally bonded by the high temperature during integral molding, eliminating any internal fluid leakage between the plastic joint and the end of the plastic hose. The end of the plastic hose, the thermosetting resin sleeve, and the plastic fitting are all made of polymeric materials and have approximately the same coefficient of thermal expansion, so even when subjected to heat cycle deterioration, the relationship between the end of the hose and the fitting will remain stable. No relaxation occurs. In addition, the thermosetting resin sleeve inserted into the end of the plastic hose prevents the hose end from deforming during molding of the plastic joint, and also significantly increases the mechanical strength of the plastic hose end during use. It is something.

It's for a reason.

A cylindrical sleeve 2 made of a thermosetting resin is inserted so that the closure 3 protrudes from the end of the plastic hose. Next, the end of the plastic hose 1 into which the sleeve 2 has been inserted is set in a joint forming mold (not shown), and plastic is poured into the mold and the protruding part of the sleeve 2 and the hose are formed by injection molding or the like. A joint portion 5 is formed integrally with the end portion. The reason why the closing part 3 is located at one end of the sleeve 2, that is, at the part protruding from the hose 1, is to prevent plastic from flowing into the sleeve during molding.

However, at this stage, the joint portion 5 does not yet have a through hole for communicating the hose, so a hole is drilled in the center of the joint portion 5 using a drill or the like to provide a through hole 6 that is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the sleeve 2.

In the present invention, since the hose end and the joint part 5 are integrally molded in this way, the internal fluid does not leak from the connection part between the hose end and the joint, and the inner peripheral surface of the connection part is prevented from leaking. Since the sleeve is inserted with a thermosetting resin, it prevents the hose from collapsing during plastic joint molding, and at the same time significantly increases the mechanical strength of the hose end when the hose is in use. Further, by providing a closing portion 3 at one end of the sleeve 2, it is possible to completely prevent the molding material from flowing into the hose.
