廻り止めするように前記段部１７の外面に上方か
ら係脱自在に係合する係合部１８が、キヤツプ６
に突設され、該係合部１８は段部１７に押圧され
て上方移動するように上方へ弾性変形可能に構成
されていることを特徴とするキヤツプの緩み止め
