In addition, when attempting to connect a branch line to a power distribution trunk line in this way, the worker must do so near the trunk cable; It is necessary to secure work space for workers, but as the power demand of Mtfi increases, the power distribution cables in the tunnels, including manholes and handholes, are becoming extremely crowded, and it is difficult to secure the above-mentioned space. In most cases, even if it is possible to remove it, it is only to a very limited extent and is insufficient, and as a result, the subsequent connection work is becoming more and more of a chore.

The shielding layer 505 is constructed of a cylindrical body made of, for example, thin copper wire lace or fishnet knitting so as to be able to contract following the other layers. Each layer 501 to 50 constituting the insulation reinforcement body 5
6 are individually manufactured as cylindrical bodies, and are stacked by sequentially inserting the cylindrical bodies from the inside. Note that although the entire layers 501 to 506 are laminated and integrated in advance here, each layer 5
01 to 506 may be simply laminated, or only arbitrary layers among the layers 501 to 506, such as the electric field relaxation layer 502 and the insulating layer 503, or the insulating layer 503 and the semiconductive layer 504, may be integrated. However, the other layers may be simply laminated. Reference numeral 6 designates one end side periphery of each main line connecting cable 2 and branch line connecting cable 3 as a protective cylinder for an insulating reinforcing body 5 for connecting the main line and branch line which is movably mounted. , which is also made of a cylindrical body that can be heat-shrinkable. The protective cylinder 6 is removed from both ends of the cables 2 and 3 to prevent staining and damage to the insulation reinforcing body 5. For example, as shown in FIG. Removable lid 6
It is more desirable if the insulation reinforcing body 5 can be sealed at both ends of the cables 2 and 3 by providing the insulation reinforcement member 01. Although not particularly shown in the drawings, the cable side end of the protective cylinder 6 is hermetically treated with a fastener such as a rubber band or a spring, or an adhesive tape or the like. Inside the protective cylinder 6, there are desiccants such as silica gel to prevent moisture absorption and deterioration, oxygen adsorbents such as iron oxide, Nt, COt, SFb.

It is also possible to seal in a dry gas such as Freon gas, and in order to inject and further seal the above gas, a gas injection sealing valve may be provided at any location on the protective cylinder 6 or lid 601. can also be considered. From the viewpoint of ease of handling, it is desirable that the protective cylinder 6 be a cylindrical body that can be heat-shrinkable, but it may also be a metal tube that does not shrink by heat. Furthermore, if the inner surface of the insulation reinforcement 5, especially the inner surface of the electric field relaxation layer 502, is coated with high viscosity silicone oil (specifically, 100,000 SC or more is preferable in consideration of prevention of flowing down), etc. This will be easier later when moving around the trunk connection cable 2. Note that 602 is a fastening tool such as a rubber band or a spring.

). At this time, the protective cylinder 6 is installed after releasing the airtight processing part on the cable side, or after removing the removable lid 601 if a removable lid 601 is provided on the opposite end of the cable. Needless to say, it will be moved. After that, first move the insulating reinforcement 5 to the circumference of the connecting portion of the conductors 205 and 205' of both cables, and then place it in a predetermined heating device (
For example, a gas burner, tape heater, sheathed heater, etc. can be used, but it is most desirable to use a far-infrared heater that generates the absorption wavelength of the insulation reinforcing body 5. ) to shrink the entire part tightly to the circumference of the connection part. Here, the entire insulation reinforcing body 5 was heat-shrinked at once, but if the insulation reinforcing body 5 were simply a stack of the layers 501 to 506, or if, for example, the electric field relaxation layer 502 and the insulating layer among the layers 501 to 506 503 or insulating layer 5
In the case where only arbitrary layers such as 03 and the semiconductive layer 504 are laminated and integrated, and the other layers are simply laminated, each layer 501 to 506 is connected to the conductors 205 and 205' in order. It may be moved to the periphery of the conductor 205 and 205', and further contracted in order until it comes into close contact with the periphery of the connection portion of the conductors 205 and 205'. However, considering that the conductor connection sleeve 4 extends in the longitudinal direction due to compression connection or the like, it is preferable to keep the shield layer 501 separate so that it can be attached according to the length of the conductor connection sleeve 4. . Next, the protective cylinder 6 is moved to the circumference of the insulation reinforcing body 5, and is further heated with a predetermined heating device to shrink the protective cylinder 6 until it comes into close contact with the circumference of the insulation reinforcement body 5 (see FIG. ).

According to the cable branch connection body of the present invention constructed in this manner, the branch connection body has an arbitrary shape such as T, Y, cross, or X shape, and its own protective layer, shielding layer, and insulating layer on one end side. A trunk connection cable is formed by sequentially stripping off the coating layers, and the other end is connected to the connecting element of the branch connection body, and the cable is temporarily fixed to the conductor at one end of the trunk connection cable. Consisting of a conductor connection sleeve, and an insulating reinforcing body and protective cylinder for trunk connection that are movably attached to the circumference of one end of the cable for trunk connection, it has the following advantages: It can have a great effect.
