B. Prior art Conventionally, mechanical devices such as reels or rolls have been used to transport treated fabrics out of the treatment tank.
Depending on the type and structure of the fabric, it may not be possible to carry it out smoothly, and the dyeing factory may become wet due to the splashing of water contained in the treated fabric, creating a very poor working environment.In addition, the speed at which the fabric is carried out may be 50 to 100 meters per minute. The current situation is that shortening the unloading time is most desired.

FIG. 2 shows an example of implementation of the present invention.
In the figure, 1 is a retention section, and 2 is a transfer pipe, both ends of which communicate with the retention tank 1 to form an annular processing passage. 3 is an entrance/exit for the fabric to be treated, and is configured to be openable and closable. 4 is a liquid suction port communicating with the reservoir 1; 5
7 is a suction pipe that communicates the suction port with the suction side of the pump 6, and 7 is a discharge pipe that communicates the discharge side of the pump 6 with the upstream end of the transfer pipe 2. A filter 8 and a heat exchanger 9 are installed in the middle of the pipe. It is provided. The liquid sucked from the suction port 4 is transferred to a suction pipe 5, a pump 6, a discharge pipe 7, a filter 8, a heat exchanger 9, and a processing liquid injection unit 1.
0, and returns from the upstream end of the transfer pipe 2 to the retention section 1. Reference numeral 11 denotes a drive device, which is a reel or roll equipped with an automatic speed change motor or an automatic speed change device for feeding the fabric to be treated into the transfer pipe. 12 is a fabric to be treated; 14 is a treatment liquid injection amount automatic control valve; 15 is a final end detector for carrying out the fabric;
The circulation pump 6 is electrically connected to the pump motor so that the circulation pump 6 is stopped upon detection of the object to be measured 16 attached to the final end of the transport. Reference numeral 16 indicates an object to be measured attached to the fabric, reference numeral 17 indicates a communication section connecting the downstream end of the transfer pipe and one end of the retention tank, and reference numeral 18 indicates an air layer section. The above mechanism shows a general liquid flow type processing device, and an example in which the present invention is applied to such a device will be shown below.

In the figure, reference numeral 23 denotes a discharge pipe installed between the processing tank and the discharge fabric storage section 24. The discharge pipe 23 is provided with a liquid injection section 21 and a ball valve 22. The liquid injection part 21 is provided with a discharge water pipe 20 branching from the discharge pipe 7, and this pipe is connected to the flow rate control valve 1.
They are connected via 9. The discharge fabric storage section 24 is formed of a perforated plate so that water can fall therefrom. When the distance from the treatment tank installation section to the unloading fabric storage section 24 is approximately 50 to 100 m, many bending sections are required due to the layout of the dyeing factory, so the unloading pipe 23 is
becomes complicated. In such a case, at least one auxiliary liquid injection part is provided, and an auxiliary discharge pump pipe is branched from the discharge pipe 7 accordingly. 2
5 indicates a flow control valve. The present invention can also be applied to a type in which a treatment liquid injection part is provided at the outlet of the retention part 1 in addition to the inlet of the transfer pipe 2, and circulation is performed by the liquid flow of the fabric without using a reel or the like. Of course, it is possible to implement this method, but in this case, the liquid injection section provided at the outlet of the retention section 1 may also serve as the liquid injection section 21 provided at the base end of the delivery pipe.

Most of the discharge pipe 23 is routed below the work floor, and is provided with a drain pipe 29 and a drain valve 28. In FIG. 3, the treated fabric 12 is conveyed via a cloth feed reel or roll 11, a treatment liquid spraying section 10, and a discharge pipe 23 which is branched in the middle of the transfer pipe. The carry-out pipe 23 passes under the work floor and is extended to the carry-out fabric storage section 24.

Function Now, in FIG. 2, after opening the valves 19 and 22 to form a discharge circuit, the circulation pump 6 is operated to discharge the dyed fabric from the liquid injection section 2.
The jet flow from 1 is carried out at a high speed of 200 to 300 m/min in a short period of time. Moreover, since the detection means can detect that the end of the discharged fabric has come to the upstream side close to the liquid injection part 21, the pump 6 can be automatically stopped.
The valves 19, 22 can be switched automatically.

G. Effects of the Invention Since the present invention is as described above, it is of course possible to carry out work easily and quickly without worsening the work environment unlike the conventional device described above, and in particular, it is possible to realize efficient work. In this invention, the long intermediate portion of the unloading pipe 23 is arranged under the work floor, so that even when carrying out long-distance transport, most of the unloading pipe is under the working floor. Since it is hidden, the delivery pipe does not become an obstruction, and it has a good appearance without being obstructive and detracting from the aesthetic appearance of pipes installed above the floor.Furthermore, it does not take up space, so it can be used on the floor. It can contribute to improving work efficiency and is extremely effective in practice.
