最近、自動車を始め自動二輪車、運搬車など急激な需要
に伴い、その廃品の処分に苦慮している現在、不要なも
のを改造、加工して立派な防振ゴム製品を製作すること
ができる.タイヤの強靭なムと中空構造の湾曲を利用し
て、震動周波数に合致した防振効果のある優ぐれた特徴
と非常に格安に出来る利点のあるゴム車輪改造の防振ゴ
ムの構造である、この発明を図面に基いて説明すると、
防振ゴムの取付け個所は、床、壁、天井にそれぞれ適合
したものを取付ける為に、その基礎となる形を造るのに
、第1図に示す、タイヤ(1)の切断(2)種別によつ
て、ABCDの形体種別と第3図に示す、タイヤを輪切
りにして、アンカーボルト(5)を植付け、チヤンネル
またわ角材(4)を取りつけて、湾曲の中空面を床、壁
、天井に密着させて防振する構造で、それぞれの振動減
衰に適合したものを選ぶことができる、重量物の場合に
は第2図に示すように1本のタイヤ(1)に十字に切断
(2)カツトして角材(4)を渡して床盤を造る、場合
によつては、切断しないタイヤに角材(4)又はチヤン
ネルをセツトした床に積載するとタイヤの中空部の弾力
が振動を緩衝するので多大な防振効果が得られる、この
タイヤ改造の防振ゴムは中空湾曲部分を活用するので千
差万別の振動周波数を平均に減衰できる防振ゴムで且つ
廃品利用できる格安な防振ゴムの特徴がある、ゴム車輪
