ハウスアウターを両面から挟持する如く結合して
成る構造であつて、前記シルアウターの上部フラ
ンジを前記リヤホイールハウスアウターに密着せ
しめるとともに、該上部フランジにエンボス部を
設け、該エンボス部をリヤホイールハウスアウタ
ーに穿設した孔に臨ませ、該孔の端末線より下方
に位置する前記シルインナーの端末線に沿つてア
ーク溶接することによつてリヤホイールハウスア
ウター、シルインナー及びシルアウターの三者を
結合するようにしたことを特徴とする車両におけ
るシルとリヤホイールハウスとの結合部構造。 A structure in which a sill inner and a sill outer forming a closed cross section of the rear wheel house outer are joined together so as to sandwich the rear wheel house outer from both sides, and the upper flange of the sill outer is tightly attached to the rear wheel house outer.
