Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically splice paper sheets, by providing such an arrange ment that, when a rolled paper sheet on feeding is consumed, the leading end of a stand-by rolled paper sheet is automatically spliced on the rolled paper sheet on feeding, and then the paper sheet on feeding is severed on the way of the conveying path.
