、上記昇降機構駆動歯車と係脱可能な手動伝達歯
車と、上記昇降機構駆動歯車に上記電動伝達歯車
又は手動伝達歯車の何れか一方を選択的に係合さ
せる電動・手動切換手段とからなり、ウインド駆
動スイツチの操作により上記電動伝達歯車を上記
昇降機構駆動歯車に係合させ、上記手動伝達歯車
を上記昇降機構駆動歯車より離脱させることを特
