本考案は回転式粉末成型機に設けられる掻取装

置を必要により適宜手動又は自動により調節され
る重量調節軌道5で、下杵1が押上げられること
により、臼3内に吸込んだ粉末の一部を吐き出す
とともに、吐き出された余剰粉末を掻取板6で掻
取つて秤量をなす。この後、ニの状態で示したよ
うに下杵1を少し下げるとともに、上杵7を臼3
内に挿入してから、ホの状態で示したように上下
の杵7,1を夫々加圧ロール8で軸線方向に移動
させて、圧縮を行う。最後に、ヘの状態で示した
ように、上杵7を上昇させるとともに突上げ軌道
9で下杵1を押上げて、成形品Aを臼3外に突出
させ、これをスクレーパ10で回転盤Bの上面か

ことは、特に吐き出し後の臼内の粉末充填深さが
浅い場合程、および粉末の粒度が小さい程、顕著
であつた。このため、従来では製品の重量ばらつ
きが大きくなつたり、製品に割れや欠損を生じ易

なお、この出口16から出た余剰粉末は、回転盤
の回転によつて粉末供給器12の終端と反対側に
設けた図示しない回収口に回収されるようになつ
ている。また、駆動機構15は上記無端ベルト1
4を無端走行させるもので、上記ベルト14が巻
き掛けられた駆動プーリ17、従動プーリ18、
および駆動プーリ17を回転させるモータ19等
によつて形成されている。モータ19には粉末の
物性に応じて速度調節可能なものを用いることが
好ましく、また駆動機構15には必要によりテン

るから、臼穴上の粉末は少量づつ素早く臼穴外に
運び去られ、従来のように掻取りの進行に伴つて
掻取られた余剰粉末が掻取板に沿つてせり上がつ
て臼穴上に長くとどまることがない。このため、
掻取りと同時に臼11内の粉末が一部えぐられた
り、片寄つたりすることが防止される。したがつ
て、臼11の臼穴径、つまり製品の直径に対して
最終充填深さが例えば1/10以下であつても、成形
される薄い製品の重量ばらつきを防止できるとと
もに、製品の密度むらを防止して製品の割れおよ
