This invention relates to a method for embroidering raw crepe fabric, and aims to enable embroidery to be performed on crepe fabric at the weaving shop or at the weaving stage.

った。(Conventional technology) Conventionally, when embroidering on crepe, the finished product after scouring is used, and the fabric is stretched horizontally on a specific embroidery frame equipped with a Japanese embroidery machine. There is no existing method in which embroidery is performed using a specially processed embroidery thread that is different from the fabric, and embroidery is performed on semi-finished crepe fabric, or raw crepe, using thread of the same composition as the original fabric. I didn't.・ (Problems to be solved by the invention) In the conventional embroidery process using kneaded crepe, (1) the desired pattern was embroidered by strongly stretching the crepe fabric horizontally in a specific embroidery frame, but the characteristics of kneaded crepe During the north embroidery process, the fabric constantly loosens and the embroidery pattern becomes uneven.
It takes a high level of skill to sew the desired pattern accurately.
There was a problem that only experienced embroidery could be performed reliably.

The embroidery process inevitably creates needle holes, and even if double post-processing is performed at the dyeing stage, it is impossible to eliminate the needle holes.

Since this method does not cause any embroidery, it has the advantage of being able to be embroidered using a general-purpose pre-head type original fabric embroidery machine.

。(2) In the present invention, since embroidery is applied to raw crepe as it is, that is, to the original fabric, pre-processing is performed by so-called pre-stitching, so even if the product is contaminated with stains or has needle holes, it cannot be scoured or processed. During this process, these stains and needle holes will be removed naturally.

It has the effect of simplifying this without requiring it.

When embroidering with kneaded crepe, it was impossible to match the patterns perfectly, but with the method described above, you can make a perforation in the center of the wide width cloth and embroidery on both sides of the width width at the same time.
It is also possible to perfectly match the patterns on the left and right sides of the kimono.
Furthermore, this method brings about various effects that could not be obtained by embroidery using kneaded crepe as described above.
