Claims (1)
- ステアリングホイールと操舵輪とを接続する操
舵力伝達系に変速機を配設してなる車両用ステア
リング装置において、前記変速機として同速モー
ドと増速モードに切換可能な変速機を採用すると
ともに、動作許容状態にある制御装置によつて作
動を制御されて前記ステアリングホイールの操作
力に応じて当該操舵力伝達系に助勢力を付与する
アシストアクチユエータを設け、また前記変速機
が同速モード又は増速モードの何れの状態にある
かを検出して同速モードであることを検出したと
き前記制御装置を動作禁止状態としかつ増速モー
ドであることを検出したとき前記制御装置を動作
許容状態とする切換手段を設けたことを特徴とす
る車両用ステアリング装置。
