Claims (1)
この第1のトランジスタのベースとアース間に接
続された定電圧素子と、前記第1のトランジスタ
と並列に接続された抵抗と、前記第1のトランジ
スタのベース・コレクタ間に接続され且つベース
が前記第1のトランジスタのエミツタに接続され
た第2のトランジスタとを備え、前記負荷回路動
作時、前記負荷回路への電流により前記抵抗で生
じる電圧降下に基づいて前記第2のトランジスタ
をオンせしめることにより前記第1のトランジス
タをオンせしめ、以つて前記負荷回路へ定電圧を
供給するようになしたことを特徴とする定電圧回
