Currently, these household gas appliances are required to be capable of proportional control combustion or staged capacity switching combustion with a combustion range from small capacity to large capacity, and the gas burners that meet this demand are slit-shaped flame burners. Those with holes are superior and have come to be widely used. Such a slit-shaped flame hole burner is
A burner body with a bulging mixing tube and a burner cap with a slit flame hole are manufactured separately.
Traditionally, it has been common to use a gas burner by covering the burner body with a burner cap, but it is expensive to manufacture and also causes burnout of the combustion surface due to poor heat conduction, resulting in red flame combustion and backfire. There are some problems that may occur.

In addition, a bulge is provided in a single steel plate around the combustion surface with slit-shaped flame holes, and the left and right edges of the combustion surface are bent to join the periphery of the bulge to form a mixed gas passage. Although methods have been proposed, it is structurally difficult to airtightly join the front and rear ends of the combustion surface, and gaps are likely to form. There is a risk that the gas ejected at high speed from such gaps may become unignited, causing gas leakage. In addition, if such a gap is relatively large and it acts as a flame hole when ignited, the number of flame holes should be determined by taking into account the gas input capacity, the type of gas, the flame hole load, etc. However, as a result, the number of flame holes increases, resulting in poor combustion. In addition, since the joints at the front and rear ends of the combustion surface must be structurally firmly connected and are the most susceptible to burnout damage, the design should not include flame holes near the front and rear ends of the combustion surface. Although this is preferable, additional flame holes are added here, which significantly impairs the durability of the gas burner.

This idea solves the above problems by completely preventing the discharge of gas from the front and rear ends of the combustion surface, and creates a gas burner with slit-shaped flame holes that improves combustibility and durability. The purpose is to provide The embodiments shown in the drawings will be specifically described below.

The gas burner 1 shown in the drawing includes a primary air intake port 2 that opens opposite to a nozzle that spouts combustible gas, a throat section 3, a mixing pipe 4 that mixes the combustible gas and primary air, a rising section 5, a distribution chamber 6, A combustion surface 7 is formed, and slit-like flame holes 8 are opened in the combustion surface 7 at appropriate pitch intervals, and a plurality of such gas burners 1 are arranged side by side to constitute the combustion section of the gas appliance. The gas burner 1 has bulging portions corresponding to the primary air intake port 2, throat portion 3, mixing tube 4, rising portion 5, and distribution chamber 6 that are symmetrically arranged on a single steel plate with the combustion surface 7 as the center. The combustion surface 7 is bent along the bending lines 9 at the left and right ends of the combustion surface 7 to airtightly join the periphery of the bulge, and the primary air intake port 2, the throat portion 3...

A small piece 10 continuous to the combustion surface 7 at the front and rear ends of the combustion surface 7
Since the structure is such that the small piece 10 is left uncut, the small piece 10 is folded inward, and then bent at the left and right ends of the combustion surface 7, it is difficult to create gaps between the front and rear ends of the combustion surface 7, and the small piece 10 is coated with an adhesive sealant. Accordingly, the small piece 10 can be used as an adhesive surface, and in this way, the joints at the front and rear ends of the combustion surface 7 can be extremely firmly reinforced and durability can be improved.

In the same way, it is possible to completely seal the joints at the front and rear ends of the combustion surface 7, preventing gas from being discharged from other than the slits. It is possible to realize stable combustion as set in advance.

In addition, since it is obtained by pressing a single steel plate, the manufacturing process is simple, and there is no need to use complicated means to seal the joints, so it has practical value as it can be obtained at a low price. be.
