に窓を開けることができると都合がよい。 According to the Fire Service Act, buildings with a height of 31 meters or less and above the third floor are required to have a structure that allows firefighters to enter the building in the event of a fire. Traditionally, it has been customary to enter by breaking the glass with a triangular mark marking the approach route, but this is time consuming and dangerous due to broken glass falling onto the road. It would be convenient if the window could be easily opened from the outside.

In the figure, 1 indicates a window frame, and 2 indicates a shoji frame supported by the window frame 1 so as to be openable and closable. In this example, the shoji for the window frame 1 has a hinge mechanism that allows the shoji to open indoors using one vertical stile as a fulcrum, and a hinge mechanism that allows the shoji to be tilted indoors to a certain angle using the lower stile as a fulcrum. It shall be equipped with both hinge mechanisms. In other words, movable rods 4, 5, 6, and 7 are attached to the four circumferences of the shoji along the grooves of each stile, as shown in Figure 2, and these movable rods 4 to 7 are supported by leaf springs 8 at each corner. These movable rods 4 to 7 can be moved by rotating a handle 9, which is connected to each other in a ring shape when viewed as a whole, and is provided on the indoor side. That is, when the handle 9 on the indoor side is operated downward as shown in the figure, the engagement block 11 attached to the movable rod 4 engages with the locking piece 20 attached to the window frame, resulting in the locked state. When the handle 9 is rotated 90 degrees from the illustrated position, the engagement block 11 and the locking piece 20 are disengaged. At this time, the hinge 21a attached to the movable rod 6 is still engaged with the shaft 21b. Therefore, the shoji is supported by the upper hinge 21 and the lower hinge 22 and can be opened to the indoor side.

When the hinge 21a is further rotated by 90 degrees, the hinge 21a becomes the shaft 21b.
When the shoji is disengaged from the shoji, the upper end of the shoji becomes free. At the same time, the groove tool 23 receives and engages the engager 26 of the lever 25 rotatably attached to the upper frame 24 into the groove. Further, the tip of a lever 27 rotatably attached to the upper frame 24 is slidably engaged with a groove 28. Therefore, the hinge 21a is disengaged from the shaft 21b, and the upper end of the shoji becomes free, and when the shoji is tilted toward the indoor side, the shoji falls toward the interior using the shaft 29 attached to the lower end of the hinge 22 as a fulcrum. At this time, the levers 25 and 27 rotate, and the shoji is supported by the levers 25 and 27 in a state where it falls down to a certain position.

By rotating clockwise by 90 degrees, the rods 4, 5, 6, and 7 move counterclockwise, and this movement disengages the groove 23 and the engaging element 26, and at the same time, the hinge 21a pivots. 21b, and is in a state where it can be opened inward.

When the shoji 2 is turned upward, the shoji 2 can be turned inward.

である。 In this invention, for example, for a sash having such a locking mechanism, an emergency handle 12 for emergency access is provided on the outside of the window frame 1, as shown in FIG. By rotating this emergency handle 12 through 180 degrees, the lock can be opened no matter where the inner handle 9 is located.

5 and 16 are engaged with a pinion 17 rotated by the emergency handle 12.

The engagement moves the engagement piece 18. Therefore, whether the engagement piece 18 is in the upper or lower position, the emergency handle 12
When is operated, it is operated to its central position, that is, the unlocked position. Therefore, even if the rotational position of the inner handle 9 is in the inward position or the locked position, the unlocked state can always be achieved by operating the emergency handle 12.

The door can always be unlocked no matter what position it is in. Since the unlocking operation is easy in this way, it is possible to easily enter from the outside without breaking the glass, and an external access path can be secured without danger in an emergency.

上の効果も得られる。 However, when the emergency handle 12 is in the normal position as in the above embodiment, the movable plates 13 and 14 are held in a non-contact state with respect to the engagement piece 18. Therefore, even if the inner handle 9 is operated, it is not linked to the emergency handle 12, so the operating force for the inner handle 9 can be reduced. Furthermore, since the emergency handle 12 is not constantly moved, the mechanical parts of the emergency handle 12 are not worn out, and there is an advantage that the initial performance can be maintained over a long period of time. Furthermore, since the emergency handle 12 is attached to the window frame 1, the width of the stile of the shoji can be narrowed, which has the effect of increasing the area of the opening when the shoji is opened. In addition, an excellent appearance and design effect can be obtained.
