成された布製手袋4を、一旦加熱させて樹脂層5を完全
熔融させた後、冷却し、手袋1の完成品を金型6から取
り外す。

、布製手袋4の織り作業が円滑に行われる。さらに、形
成された布製手袋4は、その手触りが良く摩擦も少なく
、金型6に対する着膜が容易となる。又、抗菌防臭被膜
2によって、塩化ビニル樹脂液7の繊維糸3に対する吸
着が防止されるので、樹脂層5は肉薄に形成され、塩化
ビニル樹脂液7の使用が節約される。
