Claims (1)
- 酸素優先透過膜から成る多数の中空糸９を筒状
ケース１０に内装したモジユール３の多数を設け
、前記ケース１０に空気供給用、酸素富化空気排
出用及び窒素富化空気排出用の開口を形成し、そ
れら開口のうち２個を各別のヘツダー２，４に夫
々連通させた酸素富化膜モジユールユニツトであ
つて、前記モジユール３の全てを縦向きに配置し
、前記ヘツダーの一方４を前記モジユール３の上
方にかつ他方２を前記モジユール３の下方に配置
し、その下方のヘツダー２に設けた上向き開口の
接続部２ａに、前記開口のうち前記モジユール３
の下端部に下向きに配置したものを形成する被接
続部１４を、弾性シールリング１５を介して挿脱
自在に嵌着して、前記モジユール３の全てを前記
下方のヘツダー２に自立可能に取付けてある酸素
富化膜モジユールユニツト。
