The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a plurality of molded products with different shapes using a single compression molding machine, and in this case, there is no need to replace the upper mold and lower mold with different molds, and therefore, there is no need for storage space for the molds. It is easy to change from one molding state to another without having to change the molding state, which significantly improves work efficiency.Furthermore, the manufacturing cost of the molds required to obtain multiple molded products is reduced compared to the conventional molding process. This invention provides a mold for a compression molding machine that is inexpensive compared to the manufacturing cost of a mold for molding each product separately, and this will become clear from the detailed description below with reference to the drawings.

The first molding part 31 and the second molding part 32 are formed in different shapes, and a molded object such as a ceiling base material is inserted into the first molding part 31, and the first and second molding molds By clamping the molds 12 and 13, a molded ceiling etc. having an arcuate cross section with a relatively large curvature can be obtained, and if the ceiling base material etc. is molded in the second molding section 32, deep drawing parts are formed on the sides. A molded ceiling or the like having a cross-sectional shape having a bent portion is obtained. The shapes of the first and second molds 12 and 13 are not limited to those shown in the drawings, and may be modified in various ways.
Further, in this embodiment, the first mold 12 and the second mold
Although the case where the attachment position of the mold 13 to the upper and lower tables 14 and 15 is changed has been explained, it is possible to fix the first mold 12 only to the upper table 14 and the second mold 13 to the lower table 15. By inverting each mold 12 and 13 at the same position and changing the molding surface, the first and second
It will be clear that the molded portions 31 and 32 can be formed respectively.

According to the mold of the compression molding machine according to the present invention, a plurality of molded products with different shapes can be obtained extremely easily by the plurality of molding surfaces of the mold, and in this case, molding can be performed more easily than when forming a plurality of molds separately. The manufacturing cost of the mold is low, the storage space for the mold can be halved, and it is extremely economical. Also, when the mold is used in a heated state, it is necessary to heat the mold again when changing the molding part. There is no need to do this, and work efficiency can be significantly improved.
