[Prior Art] Conventionally, on a platform for measuring the temperature of a cable in use, a thermocouple or the like is attached to the installed cable, and a measurement lead wire is installed separately from the cable. In addition, for conduit-installed cables, holes are drilled in the conduit after the cable is installed.
Temperature was measured by attaching a thermocouple to the cable.

[Problem to be solved by the invention 1] As described above, in the conventional technology, thermocouples are attached to the cable after installation, lead wires are installed separately from the cable, and holes are made in the conduit. Therefore, the problem was that the temperature could only be measured on the spot, that is, the temperature could not be easily measured at any point along the entire length of the cable.

An object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the conventional technology described above, and to easily control the temperature near the surface of the cable at any location in the longitudinal direction of the cable, regardless of the installation method such as direct burial or conduit installation. Can be measured to ¥! The object of the present invention is to provide a standard cable temperature measurement method.

[Example] Figure 1 shows a C with a wire shield to which the method of the present invention is applied.
1 shows a cross-sectional view of a V-cable, which cable 1 consists of an insulator 2, a wire shield 3 and a sheath, for example a PVC sheath or an anti-corrosion layer 4, arranged one after the other on a conductor, and furthermore a wire shield part 3 inside the sheath 4. A temperature measuring line 5, for example a constant line 51, is connected along the entire length of the cable.
A thermocouple made of copper wire 52 is embedded.

When measuring the temperature near the surface of the cable, first tear the sheath 4 of the part of the cable where you want to measure the temperature and braze the constantan wire 51 and copper wire 52 (this is the same as installing a sensor (not shown)). After that, the cable is backfilled and the temperature is measured at the cable connection part or terminal part (not shown).

Note that with direct buried installation, it is possible to install a temperature sensor at the location where you want to measure the temperature after the cable is laid, but with conduit installation, the sensor is installed in advance on the part of the cable that will reach the measurement position, and then the cable is installed. Lay down.

[Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, since the sensor is located inside the sheath or anti-corrosion layer, the surface temperature of the cable can be accurately measured, and there is no need to separately mark the measurement lead wire, so temperature measurement is possible. It also has the effect of making it easier.
