タパネルとの断面変化結合部位において、ロツカ
アウタパネルを一定断面成形部の後端部で切断し
て、この切断されたロツカアウタパネルの後端部
とリヤホイールハウスアウタパネルをつなぐガセ
ツトを設け、このガセツトはリヤホイールハウス
アウタパネル側からロツカアウタパネルに向け断
面の大きさを徐々に縮小変化形成して、そのガセ
ツトの一端をリヤホイールハウスアウタパネルの
縦壁に結合するとともにガセツトの他端を前記ロ
ツカアウタパネルの後端部に結合し、しかも、前
記リヤホイールハウスアウタパネルと共同して閉
じ断面を形成するクオータパネルの前記ガセツト
に重ね合せる下端部は、前記ロツカアウタパネル
の凹み段部を車両後方に向けて延長した延長線上
近傍の部位にて切断形成してあることを特徴とす
