Claims (1)
- 天井部に水平に張り渡したＨＥＰＡフイルター
を経て室内に清浄空気を垂直流式に吹き出すよう
にしたクリーンルームにおいて、該ルームの一方
の側壁の裏側とこの側壁に対向する他方の側壁の
裏側に、各々独立運転可能な空調機を各側壁に沿
つて多数個隣接し、各々の空調機の空気吐出口を
前記ＨＥＰＡフイルターの吸込側天井裏空間に解
放し、各々の空調機の還気取入口を該ルームの下
部空間に解放したことを特徴とする垂直流式クリ
ーンルーム。
