Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の技術分野〕 本発明は磁気ヘッド移動用のステップモータを有するフ
ロッピーディスク装置に関する。
〔発明の技術的背景とその問題点〕
フロッピーディスク装置においては、情報の読み書＠金
行なう磁気ヘッドを所定の位置へ移動させるために、ス
テップモータが一般的に用いられている。
フロッピーディスクの小型化に伴い、ステップモータも
小型化され、最近では第３図（Ａ）　（Ｂ）に示す如き
形状を有するステップモータが一般に使用されている。
第３図（Ａ）　（ａにおいて、１は図示されていないベ
ルｔｔ−巻きつけて磁気ヘッドを移動させるグーリー、
２はステップモータを基準位置に固定するだめのガイド
で、第４図（４）（Ｂｌに示す如く、フロッピーディス
ク装置のフレーム６にあけられたガイド用穴７とすきま
はめではめ合されている。３はフレーム６への固定用の
板、４はこの板３にあけられたネジ止め用の穴、５はス
テップモータのケースである。このステップモータは第
４図（Ａ）　（Ｂ）に示すように、がイド用穴７をガイ
ドとしてフレーム６にネジ８で固定される。
上記の従来例では、ガイド用穴７をガイドとしてステッ
プモータ９の全体を回転させて基準の位置に調整した後
、ネジ８でフレーム６に固定していた。そのためネジ８
をねじ込むときに、ステップモータ９に対しても回転力
が力口えられるために、基準の位置に合わせておいても
、ネジ８のねじ込み時にこの基準の位置がずれるという
問題点があった。
〔発明の目的〕
本発明は上記従来の問題点を解消し、磁気ヘッド移動用
のステップモータの基準位置への調整全容易化すると＼
もに、その基準位置の位置すれの発生を防止できるフロ
ッピーディスク装置を提供することを目的とする。
〔発明の概要〕
本発明によるフロッピーディスク装置は、磁気ヘッド移
動用のステップモータを有するフロッピーディスク装置
において、所定の板幅を有する取付板をステップモータ
のケースに固着し、前記ステップモータ取付用フレーム
に前記取付板が回動しないように規制するガイドを形成
し、前記取付板を前記ガイドを介して前記フレームに固
着することによシ前記ステッグモータを前記フレームに
固定してなることを特徴とし、ステップモータの基準位
置への調整を容易化すると＼もに、その基準位置の位置
ずれの発生全防止することができる。
〔発明の実施例〕
第１図（Ａ）　（Ｂ）は本発明の一実施例のステップモ
ータ部分の構成を示す図で、１１はグーリー、１３はス
テップモータ１９のケース１５に固着され、ステップモ
ータ１９とフレームへ固定するための取付板、１４は取
付板１３に設けられたネジ止め用穴である。
第２図（Ａ）　（Ｂ）　（Ｑは第１図に示すステップモ
ータをフロッピーディスク装置に組込んだ状態を示す図
であり、１６はステップモータ１９を固定するフレーム
、１７はフレーム１６と一体に加工され、ステップモー
タ１９の移動を案内すると＼もに、取付板１３が回動し
ないように規制するガイド、１８は取付板１３をフレー
ム１６に固着するネジである。
第１図（Ａ）　（Ｂ）　オ！び第２図（Ａ）　ＣＢ）　
Ｃ）　ノ作用を説明する。ステップモータ１９は、その
ケース１５に固着された取付板１３を、ガイド１７に沿
って基準位置に移動しネジ１８でフレーム１６に固着す
ることにより固定される。この場合ガイド１７の幅は取
付板１３とすきまはめとなり、取付板１３全回動させな
いように規制するように構成される。そのためガイド１
７の幅および取付板１３の板幅をそれぞれ所定の幅とな
るように精度よく加工されている。従って例えば第２図
（Ｑに示す如く、ステップモータ１９をガイド１７に沿
って矢印への方向に平行移動させ、ステップモータ１９
の位置が基準位置となるように調整した後に、ネジ１８
で取付板１３をフレーム１６に固着する場合に、取付板
１３に回転力が刀口見られるが、この回転力はガイド１
７により規制されるので、従来のような基準位置の位置
ずれの発生を防止できる。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、ステツブモータ取付量フレームニ、ス
テップモータの取付板が回動しないように規制するガイ
ドを形成することにより、ステップモータの基準位置へ
の調整を容易化すると＼もに、七の基準位置の位置ずれ
の発生を防止できるフロッピーディスク装置ヲ得ること
ができる等の優れた効果が奏ぜられる。

で、第２図（Ａ）（Ｂ）は各側面図、第２図（Ｑは背面
図、第３図囚（Ｂ）および第４図（Ａ）（Ｂはそれぞれ
従来例を示す図である。 １３・・・取付板、１５・・・ケース、１６・・・フレ
ーム、１７・・・ガイド、１９・・・ステップモータ。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 磁気ヘッド移動用のステップモータを有するフロッピー
    ディスク装置において、前記ステップモータが取付けら
    れるフレームと、前記ステップモータに設けられ、前記
    フレームに前記ステップモータを取付ける取付部と、前
    記フレームに設けられ、前記フレームに取付けられた前
    記取付部の回動を防ぐガイドとを具備したことを特徴と
    するフロッピーディスク装置。
