Claims (1)
- 回転軸とこの回転軸を挿入する軸受ブロツクと
の間の微少間隙に、軸受ブロツクに設けた給気孔
を介して圧縮気体を供給し、回転軸を浮遊支持す
るようにした気体軸受装置において、前記給気孔
の両側に位置して、軸受ブロツクの内周面にそれ
ぞれ環状溝を形成し、この環状溝を介して取り出
した圧縮空気を回転軸の端部に取付けた回転体を
バイパスして排出する排出通路を設けたことを特
徴とする気体軸受装置。
