A commonly used method is to guide the optical fibers to a junction box and connect the optical fibers within the junction box.

The excess length was lowered by pulling the wire, or the wire was loosened to near the ground and the above-mentioned come-along was attached to it.

If this occurs, there is a risk that the internal optical fiber may be damaged. Furthermore, the method of letting the wires hang loose on the ground requires conditions such as good terrain and the absence of obstacles, and is not a method that can be implemented everywhere.

This makes it possible to take extra length.
[実施例] 以下に実施例に基づいて説明する。[Example] This will be explained below based on examples.

The winding groove 2 is formed so that the electric wire can be spirally wound in a plurality of turns.

The wire is wound around the ten winding grooves 2 and stretched.

When the radius of the spiral circle formed by the full surface of r1 is the number of times the groove is wound as n, there is the following relationship: L=2πr, so this L can be selected to be the above-mentioned pull-down length.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing an embodiment of the rotary body 1 suitable for increasing and decreasing the number of grooves, and the length of the groove can be easily changed by forming the winding groove with rollers 4 and increasing and decreasing the number of rollers 4. An example is shown that can be adjusted.

0 and 10, wrap the ground wire 20 around both gold and wheel as shown in the figure and extend the wire, and when the wire extension is completed, cut it at the intermediate point P. By doing this, the left and right spans can be lowered at the same time.

This not only greatly improves safety, but also simplifies the work itself, saves labor, and enables efficient lowering. This is a timely solution as the adoption of optical fiber composite overhead ground wires is gaining momentum. The proposal has great industrial significance.
