- 平滑なラス網状の金属箔体からなるヒータエレ
メントを絶縁マイカに埋設するとともに、前記ヒ
ータエレメントを絶縁マイカの厚みに対して中心
部と外表面の間にくるように位置させたことを特
徴とする面状ヒータ。
