In addition, in the case of a pencil drag tester, the tip of the pencil must be set on the pencil line passing through the center of gravity of the weight, but in the case of a conventional tester as shown in Figure 1, it is necessary to set this by visual measurement. Because of this, it is difficult to set it up, and it also lacks certainty. Furthermore, since it is a stationary type, it is difficult to carry and has disadvantages such as being expensive.

In the same figure, 21 is a base, for example, the fourth
The shape is as shown in the figure. That is, in the figure, FIG. 4A is a plan view thereof, and FIG. 4B is a side view thereof, and the base 21 has a substantially U-shaped base portion 21a and the other side of this base portion 21a. It consists of a protrusion 21b that protrudes from. 22 is a support stand,
The support stand 22 has an inverted L-shaped side surface, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, and the lower part 22a of the support stand 22 is attached to the protrusion 21b of the base 21 with screws or the like. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, 23 is a sliding tube consisting of a cylindrical portion 23a and a wing portion 23b, and the cylindrical portion 23a is inserted into an opening 22b (see FIG. 5A) provided on the upper surface of the support base 22. The wing portion 23b is fixed to the upper surface of the support base 22 with screws or the like, so that the wing portion 23b is suspended on the support base 22. A notch 23c of a predetermined shape is provided on the side surface of the slide tube 23 for reasons to be described later. Reference numeral 24 designates a slide shaft that is loosely fitted into the slide tube 23 and serves as a guide member that is movable up and down within the slide tube 23, and 25 is a weight that is detachably attached to the slide shaft 24. As shown in FIG. 7, the slide shaft 24 has a threaded portion 24a at its upper portion, and a weight 25 is removably attached to the slide shaft 24 via this threaded portion 24a.

is a knob for holding the pencil 26, and is screwed into a screw hole 27a (see FIG. 8) of the holder 27. Further, 29 is a knob for stopping the holder 27. The holder 27 is connected to the holder support member 3
rotatably supported by 0. The holder support member 30 includes a through hole 30a into which the pencil holder 27 is rotatably fitted, as shown in FIG. 9, for example;
Screw holes 30c and 30d are formed in the inclined portion 30b with a predetermined inclination angle of 45°, for example, and a through hole 3 is provided on the free end side.

Try to combine 4. Thereby, the holder support member 30 also becomes movable up and down in conjunction with the slide shaft 24. Note that the knob 29 is screwed into the screw hole 30e of the holder support member 30. Reference numeral 31 is a retaining ring for preventing the pencil holder 27 from falling off from the holder support member 30, and is locked in a groove 27b (see FIG. 8) provided on the lower outer periphery of the holder 27.

By turning this knob 34, the shaft 32 can be rotated left and right as shown by the arrow in FIG. , and the slide shaft 24 connected thereto is pulled upward. On the other hand, the shaft 32
When the protrusion 32a is rotated and the protrusion 32a is no longer in contact with the weight 25, the slide shaft 24 is moved downward by its own weight or by the vertical load of the weight 25 as shown by the arrow a. Further, 35 is a test member.

Place the testing machine on the test member 35 while the pencil holder 27 is in a predetermined position, place the tip of the pencil 26 held in the holder 27 against the test member 35, and use the knob 28 to tighten the pencil 26. When stopped, the tip of the pencil 26 will be set on a vertical line passing through the center of gravity of the weight 25. Then, by operating the knob 34 again, the protrusion 32a of the shaft 32 and the weight 2 are
5 is released from contact with the pencil 26, and a vertical load is applied by the weight 25 to the tip of the lead of the pencil 26, which is located on a vertical line passing through the center of gravity of the weight 25. A drag test can be performed by moving the test member 35 on the test member 35 in the direction shown by arrow b.

Therefore, when performing the next test, the pencil holder 27 may be rotated to utilize a different new corner of the lead of the pencil 26. This allows you to always carry out the drag test with a pencil whose lead has a sharp edge, and is therefore extremely convenient when you are stuck multiple times.

A support member supported at a predetermined angle with respect to the test member, and a pencil holding member rotatably attached to one side of this support member to hold a pencil, so that the lead of the pencil is brought into contact with the test member. You can easily set the position of the pencil by simply In addition, since the shape is small and lightweight, and the entire testing machine can be moved, the test member is not limited to test pieces, and can directly test three-dimensional items such as products. Also, the cost is extremely low. Furthermore, since the pencil holder is rotatable, a new lead corner of the pencil can be quickly set as required.
