Claims (1)
- 樹脂封止体から横方向に外部に引き出された帯
状の外部リードを有し、かつ、この外部リードが
回路基板の導体パターンに平面付けで半田付けさ
れるフラツトパツク型の樹脂封止の半導体装置に
おいて、前記外部リードの半田付け面が凸状また
は凹状の曲面とされていることを特徴とする樹脂
封止型半導体装置。
