Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 液体食品を充填する包装容器Ｘの上面壁に溶
    着付設するように一体成形された合成樹脂製の注
    出口であつて、包装容器上面壁Ｘａの内面に重合
    すべきフランジ部１に注出口部を形成するための
    側壁２を立上らせて、該側壁２に容器上面壁Ｘａ
    を係止する爪３を付設し、前部につまみ１５を備
    えた蓋５を折曲自在に形成された折曲用ひだ６を
    介して注出口後部壁２ｂに連結するとともに、蓋
    側壁部７を蓋５の引起しにより形成される注出口
    部に密接して嵌合できるような寸法に垂下形成し
    て該蓋側壁部７の下端部を蓋引起しにより破断可
    能な裂開用ひだ８により上記注出口側壁２の上端
    部内側と連結し、且つ、蓋５の開き時に蓋係止部
    ９と係合する係止爪１０を蓋５上面に設け、注出
    口側壁２の前部上縁に係合縁部１１を形成して該
    係合縁部１１と蓋閉鎖時に係合する爪１２を蓋側
    壁７前部に突設し、つまみ１５の持上げにより裂
    開用ひだ８を破断して注出口部を開口し、つまみ
    １５の押下げにより蓋側壁部７が該開口部に嵌入
    閉鎖できるようにしたことを特徴とする包装容器
    の注出口。 ２ 上記蓋係止部９は、注出口後部側壁２ｂ上部
    を蓋表面より突出して形成したことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の包装容器の
    注出口。 ３ 上記注出口部を形成するための側壁２は、少
    なくとも、注出側が挟まつた略Ｖ字形の側壁部分
    と注出方向に直交する後部側壁２ｂを有し、該後
    部側壁中央部分に容器孔への側壁押付用のテーパ
    ー状突起３ｂを設けたことを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の包装容器
    の注出口。
