スピンドルとの接続部分を前記パイプとは別個に
設けた内パイプで、同パイプの少なくとも外周の
一部を外パイプに内接させてカバーし、更に外パ
イプとシヤフトの間にはラジアルベアリングを設
けると共に、シヤフトの適宜位置に固着した止め
リングと、前記内パイプに夫々接触させてスラス
