Claims (1)
- 相対する真空パイプの端面間に輪状のパツキン
材を介在させ、両真空パイプを継手金物で接続さ
せるものにおいて、該真空パイプの端面はパイプ
の中心軸方向からパイプの外周に向つて低位とな
る勾配が付されると共に、該パツキン材の側面は
中心に向つて低位となる勾配が付されたことを特
徴とする真空パイプの継手構造。
