Claims (1)
スミツシヨンに伝達させるようにした自動車にお
いて、クラツチのオンオフ操作を行うアクチユエ
ータを設け、ブレーキペダルの踏み込みにより車
輪回転速度が設定値以下となつているにも拘らず
クラツチペダルが踏み込まれていないときクラツ
チをオフ状態とするよう上記アクチユエータを作
動させ、該クラツチオフ状態をアクセルペダル或
いはクラツチペダルの踏み込みによりクラツチを
オン状態とするよう上記アクチユエータを作動さ
せるアクチユエータ駆動制御回路を設けたことを
特徴とする制動時のエンジン停止防止装置。 (2) アクチユエータ駆動制御回路は、ブレーキ
ペダルの踏み込みを検知して作動し、該作動状態
がアクセルペタル或いはクラツチペダルの踏み込
みにより解除されるラツチ回路と、該クラツチ回
路が作動しアクセルペタル及びクラツチペダルが
踏み込まれていないとき出力信号を発する第1の
アンド素子と、車輪回転速度センサの出力電圧を
設定車速に相当する基準電圧と比較して該基準電
圧より小なるとき出力信号を発する比較手段の該
出力信号又はアンチスキツドブレーキ装置が発す
るアンチスキツド信号のうちいずれかにより出力
信号を発するオア素子と、上記第1のアンド素子
およびオア素子の出力信号により出力信号を発す
る第2のアンド素子と、該第2のアンド素子の出
力信号によりアクチユエータをクラツチオフ状態
に作動させるリレースイツチとから構成されてい
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
