Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain a stable memory back-up function by providing the 1st charging capacitor which is charged with a camera power supply and the 2nd charging capacitor which is charged with a solar battery. CONSTITUTION:A camera power supply +B is applied to a memory circuit 5 from a power supply terminal 1a via a diode 7. While a charging capacitor 10 is charged with the supply +B, and a charging capacitor 12 is charged by a solar battery 11. Thus the electric energy is stored in both capacitors 10 and 11. These capacitors starts discharging to the circuit 5 when the supply +B is cut off. At the same time, the battery 11 also charges both capacitors 10 and 12 to back-up a memory function.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In Fig. 2, 1a is a power supply terminal to which the voltage of the camera power supply (10B) is applied, 7 is a diode provided between the input terminal of the memory circuit 6 and the power supply terminal 1a, and 8 and 9 are diodes for preventing backflow. , 1o is a charging capacitor that can be charged with the camera power supply, 11 is a solar battery, and diode 9
This is connected to charge the charging capacitor 12 via the diode 8 and to apply a voltage to the memory circuit 5 via the diode 8.

First, when the camera is powered on, a voltage of approximately 5 volts is supplied to the memory circuit 5 (approximately 5 volts) through the diode 9, and the memory circuit 5 is activated. At the same time, a large-capacity charging capacitor 12 is also charged by the solar cell 11 built into the camera body including the electronic viewfinder.Since the solar cell 11 has a voltage of about 3 volts, the diode 8 When the power is turned on, the voltage of the solar cell 11 is not used.
