成して、前記突出部の上部L形鋼、下部L形鋼の
背を角形鋼管の端面に、T字鋼の翼端部を角形鋼
管の内周側面にそれぞれ溶着して成る横材コンク
リートブロツクと、角形鋼管を芯材とする中空長
方形断面で、両端四周縁に横材コンクリートブロ
ツクの面取りに当接する面取りを設け、角形鋼管
の端面の内周縁の長辺側に横材コンクリートブロ
ツクのボルト孔に対向する複数個の長ナツトを溶
着し、且つ端面に鋼板を溶着、閉塞して成る縦材
コンクリートブロツクとから成ることを特徴とす
