Claims (1)
- ハウジング側とシヤフト軸にそれぞれ担持した
摺動部材の摺動面を圧接してなるメカニカルシー
ル装置において、該摺動面にスパイラル状溝群を
形成し、該スパイラル状溝群と両摺動部材の相対
回転移動に伴なう減圧部と加圧部を連通して循環
系を形成するとともに、該循環系に潤滑流体を供
給してなることを等徴とするメカニカルシール装
置。
