ＭΩの高抵抗体塗装剤を被覆し、前記磁気記録物等がＩ
ＯＫΩ以下の導電部および１００ＭΩ以上の絶縁部を経
ることなく電気的に接地し、外部的帯電物接−に−＝−
’ｓ 際しこの帯電されて（．）る静電気を前記高
抵抗体を介して緩徐に放電されるよう構成することを特
