〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明はギア部品の塑性加工法に関し、詳しくは該ギア
部品の両端面に油ミゾ形状を付与する鍛造成形方法に関

自動車用変速機等に用いられるギア部品の油ミゾ部は、

り、高精度ではあるが作業工数が大きくなるという問題
がある。そこで本発明者等はギア部品の鍛造成形のJA
に、軸孔の成形と同時にワークの軸孔両端面に油ミゾ部
を付与することに着想した。しかるに当初試みた方法で
は芯バリをワークのダイス側端面KI’[11ミゾ部を
含んで形成させ1次の工程で上記の芯バリを打抜いてい

からである。そのため、ハリ抜きの際にはワークlの油
ミゾ部10と油ミゾ型15の位置合せをする工数が必要
になり、もし位置合せが不完全な筐\、抜きポンチ12
を作動させると芯バリ11を切断する過程で油ミゾ部1

によって軸孔部に発生する芯バリを、上記油ミゾ部と段
差のある部位に形成せしめ、しかる後に芯バリを打抜い
