Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 大径端と小径端を持ち、金属剛体で構成され、
    前記小径端に霧化部が形成され、前記大径端に超
    音波振動子が設けられる超音波霧化器のホーン振
    動体の保持機構であつて、 前記ホーン振動体の大径端の大径端端面中央に
    、軸棒を前記霧化部方向と逆方向に、前記ホーン
    振動体に一体的に立設する一方、前記超音波振動
    子が前記軸棒に挿通されて前記ホーン振動体の大
    径部の端面に固着され、かつ、前記軸棒が、基板
    と前記超音波振動子が離隔する位置で前記基板に
    保持されてなることを特徴とする超音波霧化器の
    ホーン振動体の保持機構。
