格を要求される織物若しくは編物の検反又は検査
の際に、同時に通気性試験をも行ない得るように
した織物・編物の通気性試験兼用検反巻き取り機

従来技術とその問題点
従来、通気性規格を要求される濾過布用織物・
編物などの通気性試験では、織物・編物の一部を
切り取り、JIS L−1096に規定されているよう
に、フラジール型等の試験機により通気性を測定
するか、或いは手で均等張力に張つた織物・編物
に対して簡易通気性試験機の測定用吹き出しノズ
ルを垂直に当てて測定するなどしているが、いず
れも織物・編物の検査工程と通気性試験工程とが
別別に行なわれており、そのため手間と時間を要
する欠点があつた。又、簡易通気性試験機を使用
するときは、被検布を作業者が手で拡げていなけ
ればならず、測定結果を信頼性あるものとするた
め、その張力を所定の均一度に保つことは困難で
あり、何個所も測定する場合は特に注意と熟練が
要求され、作業時間も多く要し、しかも測定結果
が必ずしも信頼性あるものではないという欠点が

程と通気性試験工程とを一緒に時間労力の無駄な
く行なうことが可能であり、また特別に正確な通
気性試験結果が必要な場合を除いては、試料を切
り取つてフラジール型等の試験機にて別途に測定
する必要がない。更に検反・巻き取り機の送り出
しロールと巻き取り用ロールの回転速度及び方向
を調整することにより、均一な所定の張力を検反
試験台上の織物・編物に与えることができ、常に
一定条件下での簡易通気性試験機による通気性の
測定を、行なうことができるので、測定結果に対
