する。 Conventionally, automobile seats have supported a seat pad using a spring body such as a spring, and have been provided with a mechanism such as a support frame to adjust seat pressure and the like. As a result, the weight of the seat becomes large, and the adjustment of the seat pressure is complicated and time-consuming. There are air-supplied seats that adjust the air flow, etc., but the air bladders used in these seats inflate uniformly in the opposite direction to the direction in which they are intended to inflate, so the effect of this action is halved. was. The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate such drawbacks, and the seat pad is supported by an elastic air bag made of a material with a high expansion/contraction ratio on the side that is inflated, and air is supplied and discharged to and from the bag as appropriate. This feature is characterized in that the seat pressure and shape of the seat can be adjusted by doing so.

がよいためである。 FIG. 1 shows an example of a seat according to the present invention, in which reference numeral 1 denotes an elastic air bag which is stretched over a cushion frame 9 and a back frame 11 as a seat pad holder. This elastic air bag 1 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, and as shown in FIG.
A thick material is used for the surface portion 3, which pushes out the seat surface by the expansion action. This is mainly to allow the surface portion 3 to expand. The front surface portion 3 and the back surface portion 2 are formed into a substantially rectangular shape, and their peripheral sides are integrally brought into close contact to form an air chamber 4. Note that the front surface portion 3 and the back surface portion 2 may be formed of separate members, and the front surface portion 3 may be constructed of a member that is easily expandable and contractable. Further, the surface portion 3 may be formed into a bellows shape or the like so that when the air chamber 4 is filled with air, the shape is as close to a rectangular parallelepiped as possible. This is because it is convenient to push up a portion of the sheet evenly.

It constitutes the bag 25.

This is to elastically support the seat pad 13 even when compressed air is not introduced into the elastic air bag 1. That is, the elastic air bladder 1 in this case acts as an elastic band, and elastically supports the seat pad 13 placed thereon while being stretched over the cushion frame 9 and the back frame 11, so that the normal state of the seat is maintained. This will give the seat pressure.

This is done by operating the compressed air supply/discharge regulator 14 attached to the side of the seat cushion to adjust the amount of air in the air chamber 4 of the elastic air bag 1. The amount of compressed air in the elastic air bags 1 attached to the seat cushion 24 and the seat bag 25 can be adjusted independently by corresponding switches of the compressed air supply/discharge regulator 14.

With respect to the solid line outline A which shows the seating surface of the seat cushion 24 in a normal state where compressed air is not introduced into the air chambers 4 of a, 1b, and 1c, the seating surface when the first elastic air bag 1a is inflated is a. Moreover, the second elastic air bag 1
When b is inflated, b has a third elastic air bag 1c.
The shape of the seat surface can be changed to c by inflating it, and to d by inflating the three elastic air bags 1a, 1b, and 1c. Also seat bag 2
5 similarly inflates each of the elastic air bags 1e and 1f, and changes the outer shape g after deformation from the normal state outer shape B.

However, when tensioning the elastic air bag 1, in order to prevent stress from concentrating on the support portion 5, a long hole 16 for a fastener is formed and a wide fastener 15 integrally connected to the cushion frame 9 is passed through and supported. It's like this.

This provides the same effect as that shown in the first embodiment. Furthermore, in this case, since the elastic air bag 1 is continuous, the seed pad 13

の効果がある As detailed above, according to the present invention, the overall shape of the seat surface and the seat pressure can be easily adjusted, and the optimal seating position can be provided to all occupants. It is also comfortable to sit on. Furthermore, since the elastic air bag elastically supports the seat cushion, there is no need for metal support members such as springs as in conventional seats, which simplifies the seat structure and makes it possible to reduce weight. Since the bag and its adjustment device can be assembled into the seat as an integrated unit, the manufacturing process of the seat can be significantly simplified. Moreover, since the back and front parts of the air bag are integrally formed, the configuration is simple and manufacturing is easy and cost-effective. It has the effect of being extremely advantageous in terms of
