題があつた。 In the conventional thermal valve using the PTC thermistor described above, as shown in FIG. 1, the ceramic plate 4 constituting the PTC thermistor is
When assembling the wax thermostat 3 as a heater to start the wax thermostat 3 in a thermally conductive state, the electrode plate 6 which serves as a heat dissipation plate of the ceramic plate 4 is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the temperature-sensitive temperature 31 of the wax thermostat 3. I try to keep in touch with them. Therefore, when the ceramic plate 4 generates heat due to electricity, and the heat is conducted to the temperature sensing temperature 31 of the wax thermostat 3, it is once transmitted to the electrode plate 6, which serves as a heat dissipation plate, and from the electrode plate 6, the Since the temperature is transmitted to the temperature sensing part 31 of the wax thermostat 3, there is a problem in that the startup of the wax thermostat 3 is delayed and the thermal valve, which is slow to open and close, becomes even slower.

When each outer end of the electrode plate 6 is connected to an electric circuit leading to a power source and a switch provided in the electric circuit is turned on, the flow flows from the electrode plate 6 to the ceramic plate 4 via the outer casing 30 and then to the electrode plate 5. Then, the current flowing to the power supply side energizes the ceramic plate 4 and raises the temperature of the ceramic plate 4 to a predetermined temperature, thereby heating the wax thermostat 3 and opening the valve 1. When the electric circuit is turned off by activation, the power to the ceramic plate 4 is cut off,
As the temperature of the wax thermostat 3 decreases, the valve 1 begins to open.

A valve port 2 in which a wax thermostat 3 that is activated by temperature changes is formed in the valve box 2.
7 or a valve 1 provided to open and close the valve seat 28
In a thermal valve, a ceramic plate 4 with positive characteristics, which heats up to a set temperature when energized, is combined with the temperature-sensing part 31 of the wax thermostat 3 in a heat-transfer manner. The outer casing 30 containing the temperature sensing part 31 of the Tux thermostat 3 is made of a metal material with good conductivity, and the outer casing 30 is made of an insulating material that supports the fitting body 34 and the outer casing 30. The inner end side of one electrode plate 6 is inserted in a press-contact state to the fitting part with the through-hole portion 73 formed in the upper part of the guide holder 7, and the guide holder 7
One side of the ceramic plate 4 with positive characteristics is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the temperature sensing part 31 of the wax thermostat 3, and the other side of the ceramic plate 4 and the lid of the guide holder 7 are assembled. Since the other electrode plate 5 is interposed between the ceramic plate 71 and the ceramic plate 71 in a press-contact state, and the electrode plate 5 is brought into contact with the other surface of the ceramic plate 4, the wax thermostat 3 can be operated. A positive temperature coefficient thermistor for the purpose is made of a bare positive coefficient ceramic plate 4 and two separate electrode plates 5,
6, and the bare ceramic plate 4 with positive characteristics comes into direct contact with the bottom surface of the temperature sensing part 31 of the wax thermostat 3 without intervening the electrode plate 6, so that the temperature sensing The efficiency of heat conduction to the portion 31 is improved. In order to do this, the electrode plate 6 is separated from the ceramic plate 4.
is firmly assembled so that its inner end side is fitted into the fitting portion between the fitting body 34 of the outer casing 30 of the wax thermostat 3 and the through-hole portion 73 of the guide holder 7, and is electrically conductive. It is in pressure contact with the outer casing 30 made of a metal with good properties, and is electrically connected to the upper surface side of the ceramic plate 4 through the outer casing 30.
Since the contact area with the outer casing 30 is in a hard pressure contact state and is located away from the ceramic plate 4,
The heat of the ceramic plate 4 maintains a good contact state without causing contact failure.

たことを特徴とする熱動弁。 A valve port 2 in which a wax thermostat 3 that is activated by temperature changes is formed in the valve box 2.
7 or the valve seat 28 is connected and assembled to the valve 1 provided to open and close it, and the temperature sensing part 31 of the wax thermostat 3 is made of a ceramic plate with positive characteristics that raises the temperature to a set temperature when energized. 4, the outer casing 30 including the temperature sensing part 31 of the wax thermostat 3 is formed of a metal material with good conductivity, and the outer casing 30 is made of a metal material with good conductivity. The inner end side of one electrode plate 6 is interposed in a press-contact state at the fitting part between the joint body part 34 and the transparent part 73 formed on the upper part of the guide holder 7 made of an insulating material that supports the outer casing 30. At least, it is assembled into the through hole part 73 of the guide holder 7, one side of the ceramic plate 4 with positive characteristics is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the temperature sensing part 31 of the wax thermostat 3, and the other side of the ceramic plate 4 is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the temperature sensing part 31 of the wax thermostat 3. The other electrode plate 5 is interposed between the cover plate 71 of the guide holder 7 and the cover plate 71 of the guide holder 7 in a press-contact state.
A thermal valve characterized in that it is constructed by making contact with the other side of a ceramic plate 4.
