Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an integrally formed gear simply and at a low cost by simplifying the structure of a mold by forming the shape of the max. diameter part of a bevel gear into the integral form by extending the bevel gear in the axial direction, keeping the shape, and by joining the bevel gear with another gear. CONSTITUTION:As for a gear integrally formed from a bevel gear and at least another gear, the connection part 4 between the bevel gear part 1 and another spur gear part 3 is formed into the form where the tooth shape of the max. diameter part of the bevel gear part 1 is extended along the axial direction. In other words, the connection part 4 has the equal diameter to that of the max. diameter part of the bevel gear part 1, and has a continuous structure. When the gear having such structure is integrally formed, it is enough only to use two of the block for forming the bevel gear part 1 and the connection part 4 and the block for forming the spur gear part 3. When the block is demounted after molding, it is enough only to shift the blocks in the directions A and B. Therefore, the integrally molded gear can be provided simply and at a low cost.
