An inner stopper is fitted into the open end of a container formed integrally with a relatively large diameter body for storing contents and a relatively small diameter neck having an open end via a shoulder. A protrusion is formed in the center of the inner stopper, and a small hole is bored on the outer periphery of the inner stopper, and a cap having a spout on the top surface is attached above the inner stopper so as to be movable in the vertical direction.
