Claims (4)
- （１）陽極円筒の内側に複数のべインを配設するととも
に軸心に沿って陰極を設け、更に上記陽極円筒の両端に
それぞれ磁極を固着しミ各磁極の軸方向外側にそれぞれ
環状フエライト磁石を配設し、上記一方の磁極に封着体
を介して陰極ステムが取付けられ、この陰極ステムに固
着した入力端子に上記陰極を支持する陰極支持体を固定
してなるマグネトロンにおいて、 上記陰極ステム側に、外周面に外側電極を有し内周面に
内側電極を有する誘電体円筒を突設し、上記外側電極を
上記陽極円筒に電気的に接続し、かつ上記内側電極と上
記入力端子との間にインダクタを接続してなることを特
徴とするマグネトロン。 - （２）上記内側電極は、２分割され上記一対の入力・
′ 端子に接続されてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載のマグネトロン。 - （３）上記誘電体円筒は、その一部が上記陰極ステムを
取巻いており且つ外方に延長して突設されてなる実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のマグネトロン。 - （４）上記誘電体円筒は、上記フエライト磁石と上記陰
極ステムの間を通り管軸に平行に延びている実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載のマグネトロン。
