Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
従来のオイルダンパーはシリンダの端部にロツ
ドガイドおよびオイルシールを順次嵌合し、更に
その外側に座板を嵌合してシリンダの縁を内方へ
折曲げることにより上記ロツドガイドとオイルシ
ールとを固定する構造であつた。すなわち固定の
ための座板を必要とするから部品点数が多く、か
つ組立の工作も煩雑であつた。しかもオイルシー
ルのゴムの上に座板を重合するから、強固な固定
が困難でゆるみを生じ易い等の欠点があつた。本
考案はこのような欠点を除去しようとするもので

すなわち油を充填したアウタシリンダ1の内側に
インナシリンダ2を設けて、このインナシリンダ
に減衰力発生用の油孔を有するピストンを嵌合し
てある。また上記シリンダの端部にロツドガイド
3を嵌合し、更にその外側にオイルシール4を取
付けた金属円板5を配置して前記シリンダ1の縁
を内方へ折曲げることにより該円板5に直接接触
させてある。オイルシール4はゴムのような弾性
材で形成されたもので、内側のリツプがピストン
ロツド6に摺接し、かつ環状のばね7,8で締付
けられている。このオイルシール4を環状の前記
金属円板5の内周部に溶着すると共に該円板の外
周面にも同様の弾性材で作られた環状のパツキン
9を溶着して、パツキン9をアウタシリンダ1の
内面に圧接させてある。従つて金属円板5に溶着
したオイルシール4とパツキン9とによつてシリ
ンダ1の端部が密閉されるもので、前述のように
シリンダ1の縁10を折曲げて上記円板5の外面
を直接押えることによりロツドガイド3およびオ

上述のように本考案は、オイルシールを溶着し
た環状の金属円板5にシリンダの縁を折曲げて直
接接触させることにより、ロツドガイドおよびオ
イルシールを強固に固定してある。従つてまたオ
イルシールの外側に配置する座板を必要としない
もので、このため所要の部品点数が減少すると共
に組立工作も簡単である。しかもシリンダの全長
を一定とするとピストンのストロークを増大し得

られた環状のパツキンを、上記記金属円板の外周
面に溶着して、上記シリンダの端部に嵌合したロ
ツドガイドの外側に上記金属円板を配置し、該シ
リンダの縁を内方へ折曲げて該金属円板の外面に
直接接触させて押えることにより、前記オイルシ
ール並びにロツドガイドをシリンダに固定したオ
