【発明の詳細な説明】 〔従来技術〕 魚貝類の乾物を製造する乾燥装置には、従来は除湿され
た冷却空気によって行うものが多く使用されている。

被乾燥物および乾燥空気の殺菌を行えて品質の良好な製
品を得ることができるようにした。

にて除湿冷却され、この除湿冷却された空気が凝縮器の
冷媒を液化せしめてファン8により天井ダクト9を経て
側室ダクト10から乾燥室へ送り込まれるようにしてあ
り、前記機械室と乾燥室には、温度が上昇するとそれぞ
れモータ13a、+3bにより開となるダンパー11a
、llbをそれぞれ有する外気取入口12aと排気口1

ァンによりダクトから乾燥室へ送り込まれるようにして
、前記機械室と乾燥室に、温度が上昇すると開となるダ
ンパーを有する外気取入口と排気口を設け、かつ乾燥室
内に赤外線ランプと紫外線ランプとを配設したことを特
徴とする冷風乾燥装置。
